Terms of Service

1. Who we are

FastStall is software operated by Altix Code Ltd (“we”). It lets independent creators (“Merchants”) run their own online stores for digital products.

2. We provide software, not a marketplace

We are not a retailer, merchant of record, marketplace facilitator or broker. We run no shared catalogue or cross-store search. Each sale is a contract between the Merchant and the buyer only; we are not a party to it and never hold title to any product.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe directly on the Merchant’s own Stripe account (“direct charges”). The buyer’s statement shows the Merchant. The Merchant authorises us to collect a platform fee of 5% of each sale’s gross amount, with a minimum of $0.50 (or the equivalent), through Stripe. Stripe’s processing fees, refunds, disputes and chargebacks are charged to the Merchant’s Stripe balance. We do not hold Merchant funds.

4. Taxes

The Merchant is the seller of record and is solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting and paying any sales tax, VAT, GST or other indirect tax on their sales. Merchants may enable Stripe Tax on their own Stripe account; we do not file tax returns for Merchants.

5. Merchant content

Merchants are responsible for the products they sell and must own or have the rights to them. Prohibited: illegal content, malware, content infringing others’ rights, and anything Stripe’s restricted-business list forbids. We may remove content or suspend stores that break these terms.

6. Refunds

Merchants set their own refund policies and issue refunds from their Stripe account. A fully refunded order’s download link stops working.

7. Availability and liability

We provide the service as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the platform fees the Merchant paid us in the three months before the claim.
